It is possible that when you stand you end up moving about and this helps to burn a lot of calories. These can actually compare to the calories burned while walking for some miles. This reduces weight fats and weight accumulation, helping you to stay healthy and fit at all times.

Standing helps to reduce cholesterol, which is the key causal agent of heart issues. People who spend almost all part of their time do not benefit from this, but they continue doing unjust to their hearts.

Many studies have shown the correlation between the times spent sitting to dying at a certain age. When you eat well, have some exercises and spend much of your time standing, you will be able to reduce the chances of dying at a tender age.
